The service provided a welcome drink upon arrival and the room amenities, such as heating, were top-notch. The shared kitchen and dining bar/lounge area were impressive, and the snack bar was a great addition for a quick bite. The staff had sent a request for a lower bunk bed prior to my arrival and they managed to resolve the situation in a very professional manner. The hospitality could use some improvement, but overall, the facilities were great, including the Wi-Fi, lift. The 24-hour reception and security added to the convenience. It's worth noting that this place is wheelchair accessible and strictly no pets or smoking are allowed on site. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a fantastic budget accommodation in central London. The location was perfect, as it was in close proximity to many tourist spots and easily accessible via the nearby tube station. The room and bathroom were both exceptionally clean, and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. I particularly enjoyed the fully equipped kitchen and the option to print my air ticket. One minor downside was the lack of Wi-Fi in the rooms, but considering the overall quality and convenience of the hotel, it was a small inconvenience.
